Smoked Fish with Courgettes
Ingredients:
92g Frozen Smoked Haddock
Lemon Juice
Pepper
1 Spring Onion
1 Small Courgette, cut into sticks.
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F, Gas Mark 6
1. Place the fish onto a lightly greased foil square. Add a dash of lemon juice, pepper, butter, spring onions and courgette.
2.Seal and place onto a shallow baking sheet and cook for 30-35 minutes.
3. Serve with a baked potato.
