Refund policy

We are sure you will be very happy with your seafood, but please do not hesitate to contact us if anything is not as you had anticipated.

Refunds will be considered where we have not delivered on time or the product you have requested is not available because of bad weather conditions.

Where we are unable to deliver your fish we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

If our couriers fail to deliver your package on time or lose it, we will give a replacement or a full refund.

If you are not at home at arrival time, our courier will leave your package safe elsewhere. Therefore, the box is your liability. We'll package your fish to make sure it stays perfectly fresh until you get back home that day.

Where the package has been damaged or broken, a refund will be given but this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We can not be held responsible for packages which are damaged after delivery.
