Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Bagel Recipe

Simple. Elegant . Unforgettable.

Ingredients (Serves 2): 

  • 2 fresh bagels, halved and lightly toasted 
  • Our Premium St Ives smoked salmon 
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cucumber, finely sliced or diced 
  • 1 small handful of fresh dill (or chives), finely chopped 
  • A squeeze of our Sicilian lemon
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste 
  • Optional: red onion slices or capers for extra punch 

Method: 

Toast & Spread: 

Lightly toast your bagels until golden, Generously spread cream cheese over the cut sides whilst warm.  

Layer with care:

Add a layer of sliced cucumber for crunch, followed by generous folds of smoked salmon.

Finish with flavour:

 Sprinkle with dill, a twist of cracked black pepper, and a gentle squeeze of our Sicilian lemons. Add optional toppings like red onion or capers for added depth. 

Serve Immediately  

Best enjoyed fresh with a side of mixed leaves or crisps.
