Organic Italian spaghetti meets the best of the day's shellfish - clams, mussels, prawns, or crab - simmered in garlic, white wine, and tomatoes. The kind of dish you'd find served at a beachside in Naples!
Quick recipe:
- Steam clams/mussels with garlic & white wine - set aside.
- Sauté garlic & chilli in olive oil, add our organic chopped tomatoes.
- Add prawns or crab claws, cook until just pink.
- Toss in al dente spaghetti & shellfish.
- Finish with Parsley and Lemon
