We collect the live Lobster from the storage tanks fresh out of the sea, please be aware that on a rare occasion there could be a possibility that the lobster may not make it to you live due to carriage and the couriers not being always cautious with the boxes. All Lobster is still perfectly fine for upto 4 days.
