Each of our smoked Salmon is carefully verified for quality before being packaged and sent out to our customers, after being hand smoked with oak chippings from whiskey barrels in our own kilns to a home cure. Because of its high-fat content, Salmon is fantastic when smoked; the fat in the Salmon naturally preserves all of the lovely rich smokey flavours that our oak chips offer. It's perfect for a picnic or sprinkled into green salads.
