Each of our smoked Haddock is carefully verified for quality before being packaged and sent out to our customers, after being hand smoked over oak in our own kilns to a home cure. Because of its high-fat content, Haddock is fantastic when smoked; the fat in the Haddock naturally preserves all of the lovely rich smokey flavours that our oak chips offer. It's perfect for a picnic or sprinkled into green salads.
