Our fresh Cornish octopus can be prepared whole or cleaned, depending on your preference! Cornish Octopus is typically eaten in stews considering their firm texture but are also amazing in a variety of dishes.
Due to the octopus being so tough, the meat must be tenderised before being eaten. This can be done by boiling it for 45-60 minutes in water or stock and then cooking it in a frying pan or barbecue. Some people prefer to freeze it first as they believe it makes it even more tender, but it's not necessary.
Cornwall's finest seafood.
