Fisherman's Raw Spider Crab Claws with Rockpool Dressing
To serve:
- Crack the raw claws gently with the back of a spoon or handle of the knife.
- Pile onto a plate over crushed ice.
- Drizzle with a 'rockpool dressing' - made by mixing cider vinegar, a dash of olive oil, chopped sea herbs (dill, parsley, samphire, and a pinch of sea salt).
Best enjoyed outdoors with a pint and some crusty bread.
Roasted Spider Crab Claws with Smoked Paprika Butter
To serve:
- Toss cooked spider crab claws in melted butter, garlic, and a good pinch of smoked paprika, and sea salt.
- Roast in a hot oven (220) for 10-12 minutes until sizzling.
- Serve with our delicious extra large Sicilian lemons, sliced into wedges.
Enjoy with some crusty bread to mop up the juices, and a cold glass of Alberino or a pint of local ale.
